This 3-story office building was designed to take advantage of a prestigious riverfront location, and to respect the neighboring buildings in the historic district of Harrisburg. The precast concrete, in a brownstone color, was detailed in a way that makes it sympathetic to the scale of the neighboring townhouses. Accent panels of sandblasted concrete further enhance the character of the building. The front, 3-story high part of the building is aligned with the old 3- story townhouses to the north, while the 6-story high part of the building is set back approximately 45 feet.
The building has 155,000 square feet of office space and parking. There are 302 parking spaces within the building both above and below grade. Both the offices and the parking spaces were designed to be sold as condominiums. Open terraces on the office floors overlook the riverfront.
