Murray Associates designed the complex for 1,700 people and the site development of the fifty acre tract. The campus contains office functions, a central computer center, customer service areas, full service dining facilities with seating for 800, an in-house printing facility, and a warehouse operation.
Executive offices populate portions of the exterior façade and ample amounts of natural light penetrate the open plan work area. An under-floor power and data system allows maximum flexibility to quickly reconfigure staff areas to accommodate additional technology, staff, or entire departmental relocations.
Due to the vast amount of customer records, security is vital throughout the entire campus. Electronic locks, cameras, and other multiple layers of security are utilized to ensure compliance with the current state and federal laws.
