The 23,000 gsf facility serves as the new home for the RE/MAX Real Estate group serving the Central Pennsylvania Region.

The upper two floors house perimeter offices, interior conference rooms and support spaces for the real estate sales force. The central lobby, located on the first floor, receives visitor and clients for the real estate staff along with the two tenants which provide some of the support services common to the residential real estate market. Multiple conference rooms used by the staff for closings, interviews, etc. ring the perimeter of a portion of the first floor offering views into the surrounding neighborhood.

The use of handmade brick veneer, rollock sills, jack arches with precast keystones, glass enclosed vestibule surrounded by columns, dormers and deep soffits all reinforce the owner’s desire for a new building based on a very traditional vernacular.
