The original branch and Corporate Center’s finishes and infrastructure were upgraded to replicate the bank’s commitment to maintain superior client experiences while increasing employee productivity and overall wellbeing outcomes.

The original façade’s palette was altered by incorporating a wood texture that reflects the lumber heritage of the region. The standalone ATMs were replaced with two ATMs integrated with the façade. This design solution allows the staff to securely service the machines from the interior, while customers can access them from their vehicles.

A new Trust Department entrance was created, and the staff offices and workstations were relocated, providing better customer flow. A new “smart” boardroom was designed with today’s technology for Board meetings, tele-conferencing with all eight branches and customer financial educational seminars for its members. The new 4,225 gsf expansion brings the Corporate Branch Center to 22,777 gsf.
