After multiple design concepts, Murray Associates designed a conceptual plan for a vertical expansion to achieve current Healthcare Guideline compliance and increase patient comfort resulting in a better patient experience.

The 96 new private rooms serve the Orthopedic and Med/Surg patients. This project also has a centralized unit secretary to greet family and visitors. Decentralized nurse substations are distributed throughout each floor providing increased patient access and observation. Support spaces are also incorporated throughout each unit, along with a physical therapy gym.
