This 3-story brick veneer 26,000 gsf building was designed for an expansion. Delta Development leased much of the building space early on, but now occupies the entire building.
One of the more attractive spaces of the building is the main lobby, which features glass and an open stair trimmed in hardwoods.
The design incorporates offices around the perimeter with some interior conference rooms, a board room, and a few open plan areas. A basement area provides storage for files and supplies.
