February 10, 2022 – Retrofit Magazine, a publication dedicated to renovating existing buildings into cost-effective, energy-efficient spaces that meet the dynamic needs of today’s owners and tenants, featured the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) addition in their latest 2022 Office Issue.
Continued agency growth fueled the major expansion for a new 8-story tower and renovations to the adjacent historic Hickok House designed to achieve LEED Platinum and Passive House Certifications. To date, this is the only project of its kind in the United States.
