November 9, 2018 – The Ribbon Cutting for Harrisburg University’s eSports Training Arena was attending my many local businesses and city officials. Murray Associates Architects was very honored to be a part of this new cutting-edge sport for such a forward-thinking University.

Vital design elements included flexibility, adjacencies, integrated technology and access, lighting, acoustics and security.  Murray’s custom designed the floor lighting and tables. The arena has one of the largest video walls on the east coast, 30 gaming computers, 24 inch monitors with high-end graphic cards configured by HP Omen, ergonomic gaming chairs from Respawn, a coaching room, student lounge and large collaborative area. The entire project was designed and constructed in just about three-months to support the University’s first HUE Festival, the largest collegiate esports tournament to date.
