July 29, 2021 – Murray Associates Architects, P. C. has been honored to be involved in designing a new training center for Susquehanna Service Dogs in Grantville, an internationally recognized assistance dog program in Central PA. The new training center will provide more kennel runs, two state-of-the-art training rooms, and separate rooms for puppy raisers. The original facility used to be a horse farm that was converted for service dog training and the new center will specifically train dogs to assist individuals with special needs.

This center marks a new chapter in their mission of making a difference in the lives of people with disability in the community. Susquehanna Service Dogs is part of Keystone Human Services which supports people to live their best lives in the community, whenever someone with a disability might needs support. The Susquehanna Service Dogs program opens doors for people in a daily basis and the new training facility is set to open Spring 2022.
