The 200,100 gsf Center was completely renovated as part of the College’s $46 million multi facility Stage X campaign that positioned the college well into the 21st century.
The MTC was expanded to respond to changes in the welding field and instruction of Stick, MIG and TIG welding for the Marcellus Shale Workforce Development and Certification Programs. The robotic welding program has also grown.
This impressive facility is now 66,900 gsf and is the largest Honda PACT lab in the Nation.
The complex consists of 13 two-story buildings, all of which are dedicated to housing except for a guardhouse / laundry building located at the main entrance.
The Rose Street Apartments were two newly constructed buildings that were four stories, and house 347 students and staff with-in a gated community.

The Foundation desired to develop 37 acres, creating more revenue for the College.
Two new Labs and a smart classroom were designed in the Jordan Building.
