March 22, 2021 – Murray Associates Architect’s design of the PA Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) is the first to use dynamic glazing on a passive house curtain wall of a mid-rise office tower. The project also transforms a historic residence into its addition as a second passive house system. The project is the first corporate office building to incorporate a historic building and a new office tower designed to Passive House and LEED Platinum certifications.
