April 23, 2019, Penn State Harrisburg’s Dr. Jane Beckett-Camarata and her Public Affairs MPA Capstone students held a panel discussion on affordable housing. The panel stemmed from the students’ project, “An Exploratory Study of U.S. Capital Cities’ Affordable Housing Policies”. Ngami Ndimbie, Executive Policy Specialist Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation; Ben Allatt, Harrisburg City Council; and Danielle Bowers, Harrisburg City Council also participated in the conversation.
