The Rose Street Apartments were two newly constructed buildings that were four stories, and house 347 students and staff with-in a gated community. Rose Street offers a variety of living environments including: 367 sq.ft. Studio/ Efficiency (2 people in 1 large room); 756 sq.ft. 2-bedroom (2 people per bedroom) apartments, and 676 sq.ft. 1-bedroom (4 people per bedroom) apartments.

Each unit consists of a bed, wardrobe, desk, and a chair per student. The bathrooms consist of a shower, toilet, sinks, and mirrored vanity. The living/study areas are equipped with a sofa, coffee table and end/TV table, upholstered armchairs, the kitchenettes have a full-sized refrigerator, sink, microwave, and ample cabinet storage space and a breakfast counter with stools. Centralized laundry facilities are located on each floor.
