Murray Associates analyzed and proposed design solutions that would resolve the issues and enhance the building.  The building experienced multiple issues at their main entrance. Metal roofing leaks, lack of weather protection entering the building, deteriorating wall construction and spaulding concrete paving were just a few of the issues.

A new exterior vestibule addition provides better lighting and weather protection. The existing metal roofing was replaced in conjunction with the new addition roof eliminating the roof leaks.  The existing small inefficient vestibule was removed allowing the main lobby to expand and create better circulation to their auditorium.  New exterior concrete paving and mountain stone sitting walls  were installed to frame the new main entrance.
