The M&T Bank building is the former Dauphin Deposit Bank corporate headquarters office Building. The ground floor contains banking facilities and a skylighted garden court, which provides a transition between the new tower and a 150-year-old Greek Revival landmark (the Bank’s original facility).

The executive offices make extensive use of cherry wood and occupy the top floor, and include a boardroom with audio-visual support facilities, and a private dining room with a rooftop terrace.
