Due to an increase of students living on the west side of the campus, multiple student services were needed to accommodate their needs. Murray’s designed the new 123,676 gsf learning and living residence that houses 277 students and a 460 seat Dining Facility, competing the West Campus Housing Quad.
The spacious dining room provides typical daily meals, and special events throughout the academic year. Two private dining rooms are available for faculty and small group usage. The food service area, with its eight-point servery and grab ‘n go offerings, is supported by a complete full service kitchen.
The Fuel Convenience Store is a convenience grocery store that met its yearly projected sales objectives within the first six months of operation.
Other student amenities include: a new 40 station satellite fitness center: two large leisure commons; laundry facilities; student mailboxes; Resident Life Offices; Campus Police; and Hall Coordinator’s apartment.
