Lancaster, PA
A master study, programming and interior design services renovated and expanded the construction company’s offices into a new 22,066 sf collaborative work environment. Benchmark updated their corporate strategic plan to enhance their culture and realign their overall structure. Our firm guided Benchmark through the process of creating a physical environment that matched and encouraged this new strategic cultural realignment. This was a challenging project, as the contractor was the client and they needed a lot of programming for very little space. The Murray team met with their entire staff and dealt with multiple stakeholders throughout the project.
The expanded headquarters now has multiple collaborative areas, or “Bull Pens” to review projects and glass enclosed conference rooms, all highlighted by their energetic branding colors of blue and orange. The renovated building reflects Benchmark Constructions new cultural realignment and the new collaborative, open-plan work environment has the spirit to create more exceptional experiences for Benchmarks’ clients.
