The Hamilton Health Center expansion was honored with three National awards at the Associates Builders and Contractors’ 2015 Excellence in Constriction Awards Gala.  Murray Associates teamed with Wohlsen Construction, of Lancaster, for this Design Build Project.  The expansion was for a new medical and dental clinic and administrative offices in the Allison Hills neighborhood in Harrisburg, Pa.

The awards earned for the project include a first place Eagle Award in the Renovation $10- $10 million category, one of two national Design/Build Awards, recognizing the project team for their combined efforts and innovative design/build practices, and one of three national Greener Tomorrow Awards, recognizing the project for its sustainable features.

Hamilton Health Center’s “Medical Mall” provides the full range of health care needs aimed at helping the uninsured, under-insured, and families in need while promoting overall community wellness. The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget and is the only Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHCs) in the area.
