Harrisburg, PA
In 1950, 24 years after Harrisburg Community Theater’s inception, William Lynch Murray and Associates designed a permanent home for the theater at Sixth & Hurlock Streets in uptown Harrisburg. The new theater that has performance space, rehearsal space, set construction shops, dressing rooms, and offices all housed under one roof. A new era began with HARVEY which opened the 1951-52 season and was the first play to be produced at the new facility, which is still in operation today.
