An early 20th century original Studebaker dealership was transformed into a contemporary educational environment located in an urban setting. The 44,000 gsf Adaptive Re-Use project now offers instruction of technical trades including welding, machine shop, and administration offices which provide counseling and work force development to non-credit students.

A new masonry façade, additional insulation, new windows and new main entrance, complete with glass canopy was incorporated. The interior was transformed to include the design of several office suites, contemporary classrooms, technical trade shops for welding and machinery.

This project was completed in two phases. The initial phase included the design and construction of the new façade and main entrance. The Final phase involved the entire demolition and construction of the new interior layout providing a flexible learning environment for the Community College.
