559 beds were introduced to the College in three phases: a 36-apartment, 156-bed building; a 52-apartment, 224 bed building; and a 41-apartment, and a 179 bed building. These buildings were constructed in 3 and 4-story high groups clustered around central entries.
Each apartment contains its own living room, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom, in addition to one or more bedrooms. Common areas include lounges, laundries, and student storage space. Murray Associates Architects has designed almost all of the buildings at the College over the past four decades
