Spaces were created to allow the staff to better serve their guests of the shelter through ministry. New housing, protection from inclement weather, access to food and counseling offer an opportunity to change their clients’ life’s direction.

The introduction of the new stair tower and elevator allows full access to all floors for the first time in the Mission’s history. A new glass enclosed lounge has replaced the former stage. New capacity code compliant toilet rooms with showers were also designed for each dormitory. The second floor also underwent a complete upgrade with new multi occupant guest bedrooms, kitchens, toilet and shower facilities. Classrooms and staff offices now occupy the third floor and allows staff to council guests one-on-one or in group settings. Other guest amenities include an enlarged laundry room and exercise room.
