October 15, 2022 – At the AIA Central Pennsylvania Expo, 225 Grandview’s “Façade facelift” received an Excellence in Design Award. According to the Jury “It’s hard to tell if this building is brand new or a renovation. The pictures are the only way you would know. The use of modular panels and storefront in the facade creates a composition that would be very attractive to potential tenants. The use of solar glass and sunshades allows for maximum daylight into the building. This allows for the view from the inside to be as good as the view from the outside. So, hurry up, as this building is going to lease up quickly!”

We are honored to be selected by Select Capital Commercial Properties to transform the 1980’s reflective monolithic glass building into a contemporary tenant building with a high-performance façade.
