  • The Eco-village

    The Bridge is transforming the former landmark McDevitt High School site into their Headquarters and the first “eco-village” site in 10 cities around the country.

  • John M. Paz ’78 Alumni & Family...

    One of Dickinson College’s most prominent buildings will be transformed into a centralized facility with event spaces, gathering rooms and suites that are dedicated to the needs of alumni and families of current students, providing a vital link between the college’s past and its future.

  • The Alexander Grass Campus for Jewish Life

    The Jewish Federation of Greater Harrisburg is transforming Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education’s former Dixon University Center into the new and forever home for Jewish Harrisburg.

  • The LAN Center

    The state-of-the-art LAN Center will provide gaming stations, a retail space and spectator seating for esports events in the community.

  • The Arnold Sports Center Athletic Locker Addition

    The newly completed 4,430 gsf addition represents Lebanon Valley College’s commitment to providing quality athletic experiences for their student-athletes.

  • Affordable Senior Living Community

    The Harrisburg Housing Authority, Gardner Capital, a national housing developer headquartered is Saint Louis Missouri; RB Development a BFW affiliate, and the Bethel AME Church in Harrisburg have proposed a 49-unit affordable senior development.

The response from donors has also been very positive and several community groups have hosted gatherings in our first-floor meeting rooms and kitchen.  Activities like this provide exposure to the community and will lead to further growth and increased revenue moving forward. When members from other Ys visit, we frequently hear “Wow! I’ve never seen a YMCA like this before!”  I can’t thank Murrays enough for your work to create a carefully designed building that meets our needs and sets us up for success in the years to come.  It was a pleasure working with your team.
