The new lab was programmed and designed to support the consolidation of two hospitals’ major clinical and pathology services. The design enhanced not only the capability of Pinnacle’s services, but to also to fuel quality and growth of services for the next twenty years.

Patients are received and registered in a comfortable waiting room, then escorted to a spacious blood draw area with reclining chairs and cubicle privacy curtains. Patient blood samples are processed and analyzed in the adjacent laboratory facility. PinnacleHealth has a similar outpatient blood bank facility at their Community General Campus that Murray Associates also designed.
