A Master Plan’s overarching goal focused on retaining the intellectual capital; increasing recruitment of new talent; and cultivating a culture of collaborative thinking and exchange among the multiple sectors of the workforce.

Our initial efforts focused on introducing spaces to reflect new trends in a contemporary work environment such as: directing natural light into the buildings core; alcoves with soft seating; kitchenettes; and small work rooms and conference rooms with smart technology.

After the Master Plan was completed, the 225,180 gsf 5 building Campus was expanded and renovated in multiple phases.
