The main food venue for the entire hospital was renovated in phases while it still functioned for the Medical Center. Today, the new dining facility supports an open aesthetic menu and electronic signage makes the dining experience more pleasant and efficient. Health conscious meals are prepared in front of customers, with minimal back of house activity.
The dining room was upgraded with multiple colors and textures such as stone wrapped columns. Different types of seating were introduced with high, low tables, and bankettes. Various types of flooring and lighting create different zones. The entire 9,600 gsf facility can now house meetings, lectures, and vender presentations in addition to a social and dining experience.
