First Community Foundation Partnership of Pennsylvania (FCFP), Williamsport, PA

The Adaptive Reuse of the 1901 Ross Social Club maintains the exterior historic elements of the two separate buildings while merging the two buildings interiors into one corporate space that preserves selected elements. The internal workings of the Foundation are progressive and innovative, and the contemporary interior design elements in FCFP’s new home emulates that image while providing state-of-the-art facilities to non-profits in the region.

FCFP’s new Headquarters houses administrative suites, large & small meeting spaces, a Kitchenette and a Non-Profit Center. A unique Donor Recognition rea was designed in the century old stairwell.  The donor Funds were engraved in steal and mounted on varied sizes of brackets that were manufactured in the Foundations Brand Colors.  A custom designed artisan hand blown three-story chandelier is the focal point that illuminates the space.

This building now serves as a convener of communities, a support network for non-profits and a catalyst for addressing ever-changing social, economic and cultural challenges across the region.
