The 12,050 gsf Inclinator was designed to maximize its Downtown exposure with a large glass facade. The vision is a designated, shared space that offers potential entrepreneurs pre-launch market research, training, and business mentoring services. The current layout contains 24 open workstations, 21 offices, 3 conference rooms, and 1 training room.

Since all the small start-up businesses would be working with each other and sharing intelligence, technologies and business support, conferencing and breakout space is critical. There are a series of open, collaborative “work Islands” for a more public exchange and confidentiality is not required. The space can be transformed into a large area for events, lectures, exhibitions or demonstrations. We designed this space to be flexible, open, rigid and semi-rigid.

Extreme attention was given to utilizing the café and conference spaces to entertain and attract new employees, customers and investors.
