The newest addition to the Harrisburg, PA skyline rises 18 stories, and overlooks the historic Market Square. The 277,000 square foot structure features a precast panel exterior wall system over structural steel framing. The building houses three retail tenants at the street level, including a bank and restaurant. The second floor accommodates the expansion of the meeting and pre-function spaces of the adjacent Hilton Hotel and Convention Center. The eight multi-tenant office floors totaling 123,000 square feet are serviced by one central core. Parking for the office levels above is provided on eight parking levels, which are accessed through the existing municipal parking structure located along the east edge of the site. The subtle palette of color and material for the lobby include mahogany wall panels, black and red marble floors, brushed aluminum perforated ceiling, and mahogany wood ceilings, all of which were selected to respond to the exterior light gray glass, clear anodized aluminum, and off-white precast concrete panels.
